Another Random thought of the Day from Dan The Elephant in the room Most of us know we need more sailors especially new younger skippers under the age of 50 😊. How do we do this quickly?  My simple brain says if everyone finds one new person in a year we could double in size. Is this possible?  If you really needed to find just one new sailor, could you do it? I think it is possible.  From traveling the country and talking to many sailors one of my favorite questions to ask is how you got started.  Most people answer it was a personal invitation from a current sailor. More sailors can help us do bigger things across the country. Let’s double in 2026!
